WSP is seeking a Senior OCS Engineer to join its award-winning Rail & Transit team. With a minimum of five years of experience in rail projects, you will apply advanced technical skills to deliver complex OCS designs. Your contributions will influence major rail electrification projects, ensuring compliance with North American standards while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on contemporary solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced mechanical loading and clearance verification calculations
Collaborate across civil, structural, and systems teams
Prepare detailed OCS design drawings using Micro Station
Develop technical specifications and installation drawings
Support installation and commissioning activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in OCS or railway electrification
Licensed Qualified Engineer in Ontario
Proficiency in Micro Station and related software
Expertise in electrification standards (AREMA, CSA)
