We are looking for a Sales Manager, Canada to help accelerate our growth and expand access to our innovative technology across the country.

The Position

Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Manager,



Canada will lead Intellijoint Surgical's growth across Canada. You will drive revenue growth, expand market adoption, develop a high-performing sales team, and build strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role for an ambitious sales leader who thrives in complex healthcare settings and is passionate about bringing innovative technology to surgeons and their patients.

What You Will Do:

Lead Strategic Sales Growth:
Lead and/or manage complex selling activities, including capital equipment sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, hospital procurement teams, and contract approval/renewal processes
Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, targeted sales outreach, and customer engagement that drives adoption and market expansion.
Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and opportunity development through contract execution, implementation, and long-term
