The MD of Lesser Slave River No. 124 is seeking a Manager of Planning & Development and Community Services to implement Council's strategic goals. This leadership role covers various services, including community grants, planning oversight, and enhancing municipal libraries. You will oversee a dedicated team while ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Advance strategic priorities through effective service delivery
Supervise and mentor four staff members in planning and community services




Collaborate with elected officials and community groups
Ensure compliance with the Municipal Government Act and local bylaws
Prepare and manage various documentation and reports

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Planning & Development or equivalent
Minimum two years in a senior leadership role
Experience in public sector collaboration
Robust interpersonal and communication skills
