WSP is seeking a Senior Metallurgical Engineer to enhance projects in the Greater Toronto Area or Northern Ontario. This role involves detailed engineering and studies to upgrade processing plants. Ideal candidates will apply their 15+ years of metallurgical process experience, focusing on design criteria and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify client needs and contribute to project proposals
Develop process flow diagrams and select process equipment
Oversee laboratory test programs and analyze data
Prepare capital and operating cost estimates
Supervise technicians and junior metallurgists

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
15+ years of relevant metallurgical experience
Current P.ENG license required
Solid initiative and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
