You’ll play a crucial role in product development and compliance by liaising with external partners. Ideally, you should have a robust background in quality management systems and experience in engineered wood product environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical trials and recent product development initiatives
Optimize product cost models for value-added production
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations




Mentor and develop the Quality department personnel
Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the operation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
5+ years in process engineering or quality roles
Experience in OSB or Engineered Wood Products is a plus
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
