CBI Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve Oxford County, Woodstock, ON. This role focuses on delivering OT interventions, home modifications, and assistive equipment recommendations in clients' homes, with a team-oriented, patient-centered approach.

You must be a registered OT in valuable standing with the Ontario College, able to travel within the community, and communicate effectively to support independence and safety at home.
