Kerry Laval site is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability, and develop a high-performing team aligned with Kerry values. You will own performance targets and oversee the Bio-Fermentation cluster including Probiotics, Bio-K+ brand production.

The role requires 8+ years of senior plant leadership, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, robust HACCP and SAP experience, and fluent English and French.
