• Liaise with IT for technology setup
• Support client communication during transitions
• Train Advisor teams on account opening processes
• Maintain onboarding resources and shared drives

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years in wealth management
• Strong organizational skills with event coordination
• Experience with onboarding and training
• Familiarity with Dataphile is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
