Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve internal hardware/software issues
• Install and configure end-user workstation setups
• Follow up with users and provide assistance as needed




• Help departments utilize IT systems effectively

Requirements:
• 1 year of relevant IT support experience
• Education in Computer Science or related discipline is an asset
• Solid understanding of computer systems and networks
• Access to reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
