This role involves working alongside the Resident Care Manager, Social Worker, and Occupational Therapist to provide essential behavior and symptom support. Utilize a strength-based approach to enhance residents' psycho-social recovery and community reintegration. Your ability to build meaningful relationships will aid in fostering residents’ competencies and social skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide tailored support for residents’ mental health needs
• Enhance well-being and promote successful community living
• Develop residents’ problem-solving competencies
• Ensure safety by reporting any harmful behaviors
Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in Mental Health, Addictions, or related discipline
• Commitment to compassionate senior care

• Ability to engage with residents' psycho-social recovery
• Experience in a resident-centered care workplace
