In this role, you'll assist the Store Operations Manager with the everyday functions of the Marks store. Your responsibilities will include leading the customer service team and managing B2B orders while fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment. You'll also facilitate omni-channel experiences by handling eCommerce sales and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coach the customer service team to meet standards
• Manage and fulfill B2B orders accurately and promptly
• Oversee eCommerce sales processes and inventory movement




• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
• Drive a positive and productive team workplace through meetings

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of retail experience in a management role
• Proven skills in team coaching, mentorship, and development
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Basic proficiency in computer systems
• High energy and successful mindset toward operations
