That’s exactly what we’re looking for in a Service Concierge at Jaguar Land Rover Calgary.

You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with when they arrive for service, setting the tone for their entire experience. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, thrive in a customer-facing environment, and want to build a career in the automotive industry, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers with a warm, professional, and genuine approach

Build strong relationships and create a positive customer experience

Assist customers with their service visit and answer questions

Coordinate customer arrivals, vehicle drop-offs, and service-related needs

Move and organize vehicles around the service drive and lot

Keep the service area organized, welcoming, and customer-ready

Work closely with the Service team to ensure customers are looked after

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service

Step in wherever needed to help create a seamless experience for our customers

What We’re Looking For

A naturally friendly and approachable personality

Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and helping people





Robust verbal communication and customer service skills

Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone

Strong organization and multitasking abilities

A professional and positive attitude

Someone who takes initiative and is always willing to help

Previous automotive experience is an asset, but not required
