Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document resident care services and plans
• Safeguard and administer medications as per regulations
• Lead resident/family education and care plan discussions




• Supervise care delivery by unregulated providers
• Respond to critical changes in resident conditions

Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse registration in the Province/State
• Background in gerontology and long-term care
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Competence with computers and Office software
• Must pass recent Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
