Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, this role requires 5-10 years in a fabrication or machine shop environment. Ideal candidates hold an Ontario Certificate of Qualification in Welding (456A) and preferably one in Machinist or Industrial Mechanic. Key responsibilities include fabricating metal work aids, enhancing equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Fabricate and repair stainless steel components
• Interpret mechanical and technical drawings




• Operate Waterjet, Brake Press, and Shear
• Mentor apprentice workers as needed
• Communicate daily repair activities with management

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of fabrication experience
• Ontario Certificate of Qualification in Welding (456A)
• Familiarity with MIG/TIG welding processes
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
