Join a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences. As an Educational Assistant, you'll support students facing various disabilities to accomplish their IEP objectives. Your role includes monitoring behavior, providing specialized academic support, and aiding in personal care as needed, all while maintaining strict confidentiality and qualified ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
• Assist individual students and small groups with lesson material
• Document student progress and establish communication with staff




• Support social skill development during activities
• Help with personal hygiene and medical routines

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma with Education Assistant certification
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence required
• CPI certification is necessary
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
