In this role, you will utilize your diverse skill set to assist families facing various challenges, including trauma and addiction. Your support will involve guiding families through daily routines while connecting them with necessary community resources. You will play a key role in promoting a safe, sober workplace for family reunification.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support families with life skills and parenting guidance
• Facilitate bedtime routines and transitions for children
• Connect families to both formal and informal support




• Address issues related to trauma and addiction recovery
• Work non-traditional hours, primarily evenings and weekends

Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR
• Experience working with individuals facing trauma
• Understanding of Indigenous culture is essential
• Must pass a criminal record check and hold a driver’s license
