Become a Research Associate at the Arnie Charbonneau Cancer Institute, focusing on development and evaluation of CAR T-cell therapies for Multiple Myeloma. This full time position is for two years.
In this role, you will lead research projects, providing your expertise in CAR T-cell therapies and mentoring others in a thriving lab environment. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential, and attendance at various scientific events may be required. Some flexibility in scheduling will support project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead innovative CAR T-cell therapy research
• Validate new therapeutic targets and binders
• Implement experimental protocols and analyze results
• Conduct studies with patient-derived cancer samples
• Represent the team at scientific meetings
Requirements:
• PhD in Molecular Biology or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in cancer research
• Expertise in Multiple Myeloma and CAR T-cell mechanisms
• Proven mentoring and project leadership skills
• Ability to handle complex data analysis
