Our organization seeks a reliable individual with a secondary school graduation certificate and up to 7 months of experience in building maintenance. In this role, you will perform adjustments, conduct safety checks, and carry out routine maintenance jobs, including drywall repair and painting. You'll also assist tradespersons with more complex repairs and manage inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make adjustments to HVAC and plumbing systems
• Perform routine safety checks throughout the building
• Execute minor repairs to appliances as needed
• Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Requirements:
• Must have a secondary school graduation certificate
