Seize the opportunity to work as a 310T Automotive Mechanic at UPS in Windsor, ON. This full time position embodies a pivotal role in maintaining our vehicle fleet with excellent pay benefits.
In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and performing diagnostic tests on our diesel and gasoline vehicles. You'll work weekdays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and may have overtime opportunities. Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills will be essential for the role's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform timely inspections and repairs on UPS vehicles
• Maintain diesel and gasoline engines to optimum performance
• Test drive vehicles within UPS facilities and on public roads
• Execute diagnostic tests to troubleshoot vehicle issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment standards
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Red Seal (310T license)
• Capable of lifting 70 lbs. and working in diverse environments
• Must have a clean driver’s abstract and minimal violations
• Possess necessary tools and equipment for automotive work
• Pass a pre-employment driving test
