Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair navigation and communication systems
• Document maintenance activities following Transport Canada regulations
• Mentor and guide Avionics Apprentices in technical skills
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Valid AME-E Licence from Transport Canada
• Hands-on experience with avionics systems
• Familiarity with Bell, Airbus, or Leonardo helicopters
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities and attention to detail
