KPU is looking for an Academic Advisor with at least two years of advising experience in post-secondary settings. This role will focus on empowering students through effective collaboration and detailed knowledge of educational systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide academic guidance to enhance student retention
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for student development
• Utilize Banner or similar platforms to manage student records




• Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
• Foster collaborative relationships with diverse student groups

Requirements:
• Completed undergraduate degree
• Minimum of two years experience in advising roles
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
• In-depth understanding of educational and career pathways
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
