Become a vital part of PTFN as a Full time Maintenance Worker in Peerless Lake, Alberta. Your role will include facility inspections, diverse repairs, and provide outstanding service to the community.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will conduct preventive maintenance for PTFN buildings and equipment, ensuring they meet safety regulations. Your responsibilities will encompass carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, and you will oversee various projects and grounds management while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of PTFN facilities
• Drive to manage off-site projects and gather supplies
• Assess and recommend necessary repairs and purchases
• Deliver superior customer service to tenants and staff
• Maintain grounds and clean external areas

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10 and vocational training
• Two years minimum relevant experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, and TDG
• Reliable vehicle access for work tasks
