Ledcor Highways Ltd. is hiring Seasonal Highway Operators for Fox Creek, AB. This role involves performing critical highway maintenance with the opportunity for career growth.

Our ideal candidates are motivated and team-oriented individuals with a Class 1, 2, or 3 license. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, conducting seasonal maintenance, and assisting with various labor tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows and other heavy equipment as needed
• Maintain and repair Alberta's highways throughout the year
• Engage in laborer duties such as pothole repair and cleaning
• Work outdoors across different weather conditions
• Be available for on-call and night shift responsibilities

Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license
• Clear pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Maintain a clear 3-year driver’s abstract
• Relevant experience in snowplow operation preferred
