We are seeking a highly skilled Welder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a structural fabrication setting. You will be responsible for various welding processes, including structural welding and multi-pass welds, ensuring adherence to all welding codes and specifications. Collaboration with production teams is key to meeting project timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural welding on heavy gauge steel
• Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately




• Fit complex subassemblies and complete final welds
• Conduct routine inspections of welds and maintain records
• Train and assist fellow employees as required

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing
• Flux or Metal Core welding experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Valid driver’s license required
