This full-time position requires expertise in automotive parts, with a preference for candidates with General Motors experience. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, placing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. A commitment to fostering robust customer relationships is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries and clearly explain parts and specials
• Process payments and provide labour estimates as required
• Conduct routine inventory counts and restock as needed




• Manage parts orders for efficient service to technicians and customers
• Communicate order statuses to ensure timely deliveries

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a parts advisor
• General Motors experience strongly preferred
• Previous dealership experience required
• Knowledge of aftermarket parts and Collision Link is an asset
• Willingness to continuously update industry knowledge
