Reporting directly to the Line Leader and Shift Leader, you’ll mentor and guide your team while ensuring the prompt and accurate operation of machinery. Engaging in pre-shift discussions and team training will position you as a key player in maintaining product integrity and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead team members on the depositing line
• Conduct meetings to set the stage for each shift
• Operate machinery for accurate batter depositing
• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards
• Oversee product quality and report issues immediately

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Capability to lift and move up to 40 kg
• Willingness to adapt to various scheduling needs
