Alberta Blue Cross® is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work from home in a call centre workplace. A wired network connection is required. Virtual training runs from Sept 28, 2026 for ~10 weeks, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm.
During and after training, you will handle member inquiries about benefit plans and government programs, educate customers on plans and the online member site, and log calls for statistics. Shift assignment applies post-training.
