You will collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and chefs to ensure food safety compliance and manage kitchen operations. This role includes training kitchen staff and contributing to menu planning for an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain food safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Food handling certification required
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays
