Parkdale Queen West CHC is seeking a part-time Dental Hygienist to make a real impact on community health in Toronto. This role is perfect for those committed to providing high-quality dental care while working 14 hours per week.

In this position, you will engage directly with clients, providing assessments and oral health treatments. You will also offer educational content on dental hygiene practices and refer clients as necessary. Your role will support the organization's mission of inclusive care and accessible health services for all community members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct dental hygiene examinations and procedures
• Counsel clients on preventive oral care techniques
• Prepare referrals to dentists and specialty services




• Ensure compliance with dental clinic policies
• Assist in the supervision of dental hygienist students

Requirements:
• Valid CDHO license with positive standing
• Experience working independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable working with diverse client populations
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
• Prior experience in assisting dentists is an asset
