Key Responsibilities:
• Create substantial workshop content and materials
• Facilitate engaging workshops both online and offline
• Track participant attendance and manage sensitive information
• Conduct outreach and marketing for the program
• Mentor and support young achievers individually

Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree preferred
• Minimum two years of group facilitation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with local education and career resources
• Strong commitment to fostering inclusivity
