Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all human resources functions for over 100 employees across the organization
- Drive and support organizational change management initiatives
- Develop and implement programs that enhance company culture and employee engagement
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of HR systems and technology
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the HR team
- Partner with leadership to foster accountability and a performance-driven culture
- Manage employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and retention initiatives
- Develop, update, and standardize HR policies, procedures,



and programs
- Support payroll, perks administration, compensation programs, and related HR processes
- Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation and workplace regulations
- Promote strong health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment
- Support positive employee relations and a productive workplace culture

Qualifications:

- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations‑focused environment
- CHRP designation required; CHRL designation considered a strong asset
- Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
- Demonstrated success leading change management and organizational development initiatives
- Experience implementing and managing HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essentialfor success in this role

This is an on‑site position in Oakville
