Position Title: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) ? M1 License
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Sudbury, ON and Dryden, ON
Salary: $39.25 - $53.09/hour (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Behind every protected takeoff, every successful operation, and every return at the end of a long day is maintenance done right by an exceptional AME! Our AMEs are an integral part of the organization?s success and are the reason for ensuring the aircraft is safe to fly and operating optimally. This job entails assessing and handling repairs, performing regular inspections, and updating aircraft as needed.
Maintain the aircraft in accordance with applicable airworthiness standards and OEM instructions.
Carry out maintenance,
repair and daily inspection of the company aircrafts as detailed in the company Maintenance Policy Manual.
Complete and certify work reports for all work accomplished on the aircraft.
Follow company procedures as per the Maintenance Policy Manual using protected work practices.
Conduct both heavy and line maintenance on aircraft.
Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in a high-performance culture.
Stay abreast of industry standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Valid Transport Canada M1 License
Newly licensed welcome.
Preference will be given to piston and Honeywell Turboprop experience.
Robust commitment to safety and quality.
Proven track record of success working on complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability in the summer months to be positioned with aircraft in the field for periods of 2 weeks.
