As a key member of the Technical Quality team, you will utilize your technical skills and quality systems knowledge gained from at least three years of laboratory experience. Leading projects, participating in audits, and supporting cross-functional teams will be central to your role.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for lab methodologies and equipment
Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
Implement validation protocols for recent technologies
Lead audits and manage non-conformance reports
Liaise with external stakeholders for quality assurance
Requirements:
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
CMLTO or CSMLS registration as applicable
Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience
Solid technical and writing skills
