Key Responsibilities:
Lead security due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
Conduct pre-acquisition risk assessments and evaluations




Identify key security risks and remediation needs
Coordinate penetration testing and evaluate results
Communicate clear risk reports to stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
4–8 years in information security or IT risk
Proven leadership in security risk assessments
Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF
Robust project management and communication skills
