Gia and our sister restaurant, Stefanos, are looking for a part time server assistant to join our team. We are seeking a hardworking individual to assist with weekend brunch service at Stefanos, with the potential for weekday dinner shifts at Gia.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcoming and seating guests, and presenting menus
Monitoring table status (dirty, clean, and occupied)
Maintaining and cleaning the front door area, including windows and brass
Assisting servers with refilling beverages, running food, processing payments, and bussing and resetting tables
Maintaining a skilled and calm attitude at all times

Requirements & Skills:
Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
Excellent teamwork, energy, professionalism, and punctuality
