Your leadership will focus on modernizing Intact's Policy Administration System, a Java-based platform at the heart of personal lines. You will drive technical strategy and oversee the integration of AI, system design, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Own technical roadmap and target architecture
Deliver scalable, resilient Policy Administration System
Integrate with enterprise through contemporary APIs
Embed AI into underwriting and pricing processes
Mentor developers and shape engineering community

Requirements:
15+ years in software engineering and architecture
Expertise in Java, Angular, and microservices
Proven experience with AI lifecycle integration
Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
