Step into a rewarding role as a Youth Support Worker at 360°kids in Markham, ON. This overnight position focuses on providing mentorship and crisis intervention to youth in need from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekends.

As an integral part of the HOPE Program, you will help youth victims of exploitation by fostering stability and providing life skills training. 360°kids has served the York Region community for over 35 years, offering essential support services tailored to youth's unique situations. You will work closely with youth to encourage their growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to tailor support for youth
• Mentor and coach youth in acquiring recent skills




• Respond to crises and resolve conflicts effectively
• Document case interactions and develop support plans
• Advocate for youth in accessing housing and mental health services

Requirements:
• CYW Diploma/Degree or relevant education
• At least 1 year experience with youth services
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Proven interpersonal and mentoring abilities
