In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and implement high-quality early learning experiences. Your mentorship will support educators while integrating Indigenous teachings and family involvement. Emphasizing emotional and physical development, you will create an inclusive atmosphere reflective of Indigenous identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and implementation of early learning programs
• Mentor and coach staff to enhance their practices
• Communicate effectively with families about child development
• Involve families in programming and events
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• BC Early Childhood Educator Certificate
• Minimum three years in licensed childcare settings
• Leadership and mentoring expertise
• Current First Aid Certification
• Criminal Record Check
