Drive impactful youth programs and outreach efforts as a Community Outreach Youth Coordinator. Engage volunteers and foster spiritual exploration aligned with Christian practices.

In this role, you will design and implement curriculum for Gitxsan youth discipleship and conduct outreach activities to strengthen community ties. You will also provide support to youth and families, recruit and train volunteers, and track program statistics for SAMIS. A focus on youth leadership and community involvement is critical.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee youth discipleship programs
• Plan community engagement and outreach activities
• Provide spiritual support to youth and their guardians
• Recruit, screen, and train volunteer leaders
• Track and report youth activity statistics

Requirements:
• Two years of post-secondary education completed
• Relevant experience in youth leadership and Biblical studies
• At least one year of experience with children and youth
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Robust English communication skills; Gitxsan is an asset
