Oliver & Bonacini is seeking an Event Setup Porter to help deliver outstanding hospitality. Your role will focus on creating seamless event experiences across various prestigious venues.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing event spaces, engaging with clients, and ensuring all materials are in place for each occasion. Teamwork and a reliable presence are essential as you lift, move, and arrange event particulars according to the required specifications. The fast-paced workplace will challenge your efficiency while you maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up event spaces to client specifications
• Support setup and teardown efficiently
• Welcome clients and manage delivery communications
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of venues

Requirements:
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs
• Flexible work schedule including weekends
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
