Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee youth drop-in activities and programs
• Coordinate special events and training for staff
• Foster positive participation through effective communication
• Conduct regular assessments to meet participant needs
• Engage in community outreach and promotion of programs

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma minimum
• 6 months of experience in youth programs
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Robust skills in conflict resolution and teamwork
• Background check for vulnerable sector required
