SOUTHLAND Transportation in North Battleford is seeking a Driver Trainer / Dispatcher to join our team. This hybrid role combines classroom training with daily dispatch support to ensure smooth operations and driver development.
You will conduct driver training, assess performance, schedule routes, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with maintenance as needed. A Saskatchewan Class 5 license with S endorsement is preferred, along with experience in training or dispatch.
