We are looking for a Leasing Specialist to manage and convert leads into successful leases across Alberta and Saskatchewan properties. You will be responsible for all stages of the leasing process and ensuring a positive experience for every prospect. The role requires close collaboration with Property Managers and the leasing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage individual prospect lead flow in our CRM system
• Schedule and conduct suite showings and virtual tours
• Present properties clearly and compellingly to potential residents




• Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation for leasing
• Collaborate with team to achieve leasing goals

Requirements:
• Proven experience in leasing or customer service roles
• Solid communication skills and rapport-building ability
• Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple prospects
• Knowledge of Alberta's rental market preferred
• RECA licence or willingness to obtain required
