Join Family Transition Place as a Youth Educational Program Facilitator and promote healthy relationships among young people. This position is centered on developing impactful educational strategies within school settings.

We are looking for a Youth Educator who can effectively engage with students and staff while fostering healthy classroom climates. Applicants should possess knowledge of adolescent challenges and experience working in group settings. You will create and implement educational materials tailored to support program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate programs that encourage healthy peer relationships
• Develop and implement educational activities and resources
• Collaborate with educators and community partners




• Provide targeted support and referrals
• Research effective strategies for promoting positive behaviors

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in social services preferred
• Understanding of adolescent behavioral challenges
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Experience with classroom management
• Ability to work independently and in teams
