This role at DUCA invites you to become a key player in Member satisfaction and community service. As a Member Service Representative, you will engage with Members, assist with banking transactions, and ensure everyone feels valued. Ideal candidates are proactive and eager to learn about our financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer high-quality service at the front counter and via phone
• Introduce Members to DUCA’s comprehensive services
• Make proactive service follow-up and appointment calls
• Manage routine banking transactions and Member requests




• Identify opportunities to enhance Members’ financial experiences

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree favored
• At least two years’ experience in a related role
• Cash handling and transaction processing experience
• Strong knowledge of computer applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
