As part of Southbridge's food and nutrition department, you will manage nutritional assessments and ensure residents receive delicious, nutrient-rich meals. Collaborate closely with the Director of Care and Food Service Manager to adjust programs according to evolving resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on nutrition and hydration needs
• Conduct individual nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0
• Create, implement, and review personalized care plans
• Coordinate with the Food Service Manager on resident changes
• Evaluate and approve seasonal menu options for wellness

Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian eligible for Ontario membership
• 3-5 years of long-term care experience favored
• Competent in Microsoft Office and PointClickCare
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills
• Recent negative vulnerable sector check required
