As a part-time instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering lessons that resonate with the Stage 1 & 2 Program participants. This role requires you to be adaptive and responsive to the unique needs of your students. Collaboration with the Program Coordinator will be crucial to maintaining accountability for attendance and participant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create inclusive and relevant lesson plans
• Adapt activities based on participant feedback
• Track and report attendance information
• Liaise with the Program Coordinator diligently
• Engage in continuous improvement of curriculum

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 1-2 years teaching experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adjust to participant needs
• Commitment to the program from August to December 2026
