About The Role As a 310T Mechanic, you’ll keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. You’ll diagnose and repair vehicles, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and support daily shop operations as part of a skilled maintenance team.
Position Description Why You’ll Love Working With Us Diagnose and complete all repairs safely and within company policy and manufacturer specifications;
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and electrical systems;




Test repaired equipment for proper performance;
Maintain up to date/organized work orders;
Communicate regularly with managers regarding repair status and concerns;
Work as part of a team to support the daily needs of the operation;
Maintain a clean & organized shop/equipment work area;
Provide guidance and instruction to junior maintenance personnel;
Suggest positive changes to processes or procedures to enhance operational efficiency; and
Observe safe work practices.
What You Bring 310T or Red Seal License
Valid G License (DZ preferred)
Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems (asset)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to lift 60 lbs and perform physical tasks
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
