In this full-time role, the Licensed Team Lead will manage key optical processes while ensuring patients receive outstanding service. This position requires a robust background in retail, communication, and optical theory. You will also be responsible for assisting customers and mentoring staff in their skills related to eyewear selection and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the team provides unparalleled customer service
• Assist customers with product selections and recommendations
• Serve as an alternate store key holder
• Provide expertise on lens choices based on prescriptions
• Oversee safe lab operations and staff training, if applicable

Requirements:
• Current state Opticianry license required
• Strong optical and retail experience
• Leadership experience in a retail environment
• Proficient in basic optics and measurements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
