What You Will Do Build relationships with new and existing clients through networking, referrals, phone calls, and in person meetings.

Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions that best fit their personal or business goals.

Present and explain insurance products in a clear and professional manner.

Focus on developing commercial insurance opportunities, while also supporting auto and property insurance clients.

Establish relationships with centres of influence such as car dealerships, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and other local businesses.

Guide clients through the application process and provide ongoing support throughout their insurance journey.

Maintain accurate client records and sales activities.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages long term relationships and referrals.

What You Bring Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.

Previous experience in insurance sales, outside sales, retail sales,



telemarketing, or a customer facing sales role is an asset.

Solid communication and relationship building skills. A passion for helping clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Confidence in presenting solutions and closing sales.

Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong organizational and problem solving skills.

Knowledge of insurance products and marketing strategies is considered an asset.
